Verifiable credentials helps job seekers standout. Employers report that recent college graduates lack communication, leadership, and other career readiness skills. However, research shows students are learning career readiness competencies but haven’t yet developed the skills to identify, articulate, and apply them in the workplace. Join this session to learn about badging programs at Florida International University and University of South Florida. Presenters will provide an overview of their badging programs, early insights from pilot programs, and their impact in a post COVID-19 workplace.
