Florida Consortium Active Learning Summit

The Florida Consortium Active Learning Summit brings together STEM faculty form across Florida International University, University of Central Florida and University of South Florida to learn  strategies and techniques to increase active learning and engagement in the classroom. Dr. Susan Ambrose from Northeastern University will discuss the principles of smart teaching in the classroom. Event objectives include:

• Immerse faculty in best practices in active learning
• Build networks of like-minded faculty dedicated to teaching and learning improvement
• Fevelop mentoring relationship amongst faculty from our three universities
• Learn from national experts on active learning

Clay Labs, an end of life augmented reality teaching and learning solution will be demonstrate throughout the summit.
